One platform, three product domains
DTcom is organized around three enterprise domains. DORIC manages intelligent banking relationships, DealSleek manages commercial relationships, and DEAP coordinates enterprise operations. Each product owns its domain model and workflows while using the same integration, identity and operational conventions.
This separation prevents banking, CRM and ERP concerns from collapsing into one ambiguous data model. Cross-product workflows exchange explicit identifiers and events instead of reaching into another product's internal state.
A controlled request lifecycle
- 01AuthenticateA workload obtains a short-lived credential for one environment.
- 02AuthorizeThe gateway evaluates scopes and product policy before work begins.
- 03ExecuteThe owning product validates and applies the requested domain action.
- 04ObserveRequest identifiers, state changes and events provide operational evidence.
Choose your next step
- Set up sandbox authentication and make a request with a traceable request ID.
- Review the DORIC banking model before creating accounts or payments.
- Use product maturity labels to distinguish available contracts from planned capabilities.
- Design cross-product integration around stable identifiers and explicit events.
